INgezim Rotavirus Porcino 192 tests
INgezim ROTAVIRUS PORCINO is based on an indirect ELISA technique, which uses a monoclonal antibody (MAb) specific to porcine IgGs and Rotavirus A antigen.
INgezim ROTAVIRUS PORCINO is based on an indirect ELISA technique, which uses a monoclonal antibody (MAb) specific to porcine IgGs and Rotavirus A antigen.
TECHNICAL BASIS OF THE KIT
1. Plates are coated with Rotavirus A antigen. Serum samples are added and incubated.
2. If the samples contain specific antibodies to Rotavirus A, they will bind to the antigen.
3. When the MAb-PO specific of porcine IgGs is added, it will bind to the IgGs bound to the antigen. The binding is detected by the development of a colorimetric reaction after the addition of the substrate.
